All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We ship with a variety of carriers to provide the best service and lowest cost for our customers.
Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday –Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.

How are prints packaged and what kind of container is used?
The majority of our prints are rolled and shipped in a reinforced tube tested for strength and stability. Ready to hang items are shipped flat in sturdy rectangular packaging. All items are padded with paper packaging materials.
How are ready to hang orders shipped?
Ready to hang items are securely packaged in a sturdy box with fitted inserts to prevent shaking and damage.
Can I ship to a P.O. box?
No, all of our prints must be shipped to a street address.
How do I ship my items somewhere other than to my billing address?
It’s easy. During the checkout process, you are provided the option to enter a shipping address that is different than the billing address. Choose NO to the question “Is the above address also the billing address?” Then follow the instructions.
Is my package insured?

How do I know that my item has shipped?
When your order ships, we will email you a Shipping Notification email. We include the tracking number in your Shipping Notification email. You may track your order on our website by logging in to your account and entering your order ID in the Track Your Order field.
What if I have not yet received my order but it shows that it has shipped?

When will my order arrive?
